Wow can't believe its already 2018 feels like 2017 was here and gone. We are very excited for 2018 we have 4 projects on the tables right now one of which is almost done. It's a '79 Honda CB650 that is looking amazing and pic's will be coming soon. We also have a '01 Yamaha FZ1 that is going to be a bad ass café fighter and a '75 Kawasaki KZ400 that is a super slimmed down build that is coming out perfect. We are still working on the CB400T & CB400F paint and motor work is about all that's left. We hope you all had a wonderful 2017 unlike Gary and his Girlfriend who where in a Motorcycle accident in April and spent most of the year in the hospital and a care facility. But they are very happy to still be walking and alive. Gary is happy to be working again and his girlfriend is happy to be back in school. We hope that 2018 brings all of you guys some fantastic riding and a prosperous year. We will be doing a couple shop rides this summer so stay tuned to our social media pages and will let you all know. Hope to see you all there.
About a year ago during the summer Troy's son came to help out at the shop and started his very own project. This is a 2000 Honda XR100 that he is custom building into a "Micro Café Bike" He is going with a classic style tank and a very cool seat more pictures to come soon. As for now check out his progress. We are very proud of him.
We had a great shop ride on Sat the 13th 9 bikes show up and 3 more met us half way. Did a fun ride from the shop in Vacaville to Middletown and eat a hearty breakfast at Beulah's Kitchen. Everyone had a blast and we hope to do another one very soon.
We're happy to announce that we've got our new site up and running! 2015 has already been busy for us and the best months for riding are still coming. So we wanted to launch a new site that will help us keep our customers updated and informed.
Keep coming back to Moto-Tec.com to check in on how our custom builds are progressing, what's happening at Moto-Tec, to get motorcycle news, or just to hear from us about the odds and ends of tooling on bikes and ATV's.
This Tec-Blog is your spot for all of our updates. But you can also follow us on Twitter and Facebook for more up-to-the-minute news.
Have fun, ride safe, and drop us a line when you need an assist.
